To clarify the mechanism by which MNX1‐AS1 regulates prostate cancer cell function, we further tested the expression levels of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA), phospho‐histone H3 (PH‐3), E‐cadherin, N‐cadherin and vimentin in prostate cancer DU145 and PC3 cells. This evidence concerns the gene VIM and prostate carcinoma.
