After connecting PPI with TP network, we observed that the target proteins, such as AKT1/2, KRAS, MAPK8, CDK2, IRAK4, IKBKB, MAP3K5, APAF1, JAK3, WEE1 and NTRK1, play a relatively important role in relative anti-tumor pathways. The gene discussed is MAP3K5; the disease is neoplasm.
