WWTR1 and neoplasm: The TMA assay showed that tumor samples from142 cases in total of 214 GCA cases (66.4%) were positively stained with anti-WWTR1 as shown in the bottom 4 panels in Fig. 1b, and 72 cases (33.6%) had little or no staining as shown in the top two panels in Fig. 1b, indicating that WWTR1 is overexpressed in GCA with a high frequency.
