In three CXC subfamily ligands (CXCL10, CXCL11, and CXCL13), the log-rank test showed that CRC patients with high expression significantly longer DFS than those with low expression (CXCL10: HR = 0.715, 95% CI = 0.515–0.992,p = 0.044; CXCL11: HR = 0.640, 95% CI = 0.459–0.891,p = 0.008; CXCL13: HR = 0.640, 95% CI = 0.459–0.891,p = 0.008. This evidence concerns the gene CXCL13 and colorectal carcinoma.
