CXCL1 and neoplasm: From Bandapall’s results [22], CXCL-chemokines were over-expressed in the tumor cells, especially CXCL1.And the level of CXCL1 was related to tumor growth,our results also justified this conclusion in homo species.But in our study, we further classified the seven CXC subfamily ligands which were significant statistical difference into high-expression and low-expression groups, and found CXCL9, CXCL10, CXCL11, and CXCL13) were significantly associated with CRC patients’ DFS (all p<0.05).
