In patient stratification analysis, a panel of seven markers (β‐HCG, CA125, CA15‐3, CA19‐9, CA242, CEA, and HE4) showed a good performance in prediction of BRCA1/2 mutation carriers (AUC = 0.881, Sensitivity = 0.583, Specificity = 0.939) (Table 4), and we analyzed the performance by integrating tumor markers with clinical characteristics in patient stratification. This evidence concerns the gene CEACAM5 and neoplasm.
