High PCAT6 was positively correlated with tumor size, TNM stage, and lymph node metastasis in lung cancer tissues.28 Knockdown of PCAT6 could repress lung cancer cell proliferation and migration.29 Moreover, PCAT6 was up‐regulated in colon cancer and PCAT6 promoted cell growth and inhibited cell apoptosis by binding to EZH2.30 This evidence concerns the gene PCAT6 and lung carcinoma.
