CD8A and neoplasm: In line with these findings, the number of tumor-infiltrating CD8+ T and NK1.1 cells in tumor sections of mice, treated with NK cells and PD-1 antibody was significantly higher than in the control group (p < 0.01), and in the group of mice treated either with NK cells or PD-1 antibody (p < 0.05; Figure 4, Table 3).
