KDM6A mutations are found in a variety of human cancers, including multiple myeloma, renal cell carcinoma, bladder carcinoma, acute myeloid leukemia (AML), acute lymphoid leukemia (ALL), prostate cancer, and medulloblastoma (Jones et al., 2012; Ntziachristos et al., 2014; Van der Meulen et al., 2014; van Haaften et al., 2009). This evidence concerns the gene KDM6A and acute myeloid leukemia.
