Again, we identified motifs for the HNF4, GATA, FOXA, and HNF1 transcription factor subfamilies in this analysis that all exhibited greater localized accessibility in cancer, with the GATA6 and HNF1B motifs showing particularly strong increases in footprinting depth across the motif itself (Fig. 1H; Supplemental Fig. S2).
