RUNX1 and cancer: Herein, we utilized the RNA-sequencing (RNA-seq) data of The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) [8], and compared the gene expression profile of seven RUNX1-RUNX1T1 fusion-positive AMLs with those of 86 AMLs that have normal karyotype, in order to systemically identify important cancer signalings and alternative druggable targets of the AMLs with the RUNX1-RUNX1T1 fusion.
