EYA4 and intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma: Most studies suggest that EYA4 functions as a tumour suppressor by affecting cell proliferation and growth, migration and invasiveness of some human cancers, such as colorectal cancer, PDAC and intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma.18 Similarly, our functional study suggests that overexpression of EYA4 restrains HCC cell migration and invasion.
