CHI3L1 and androgen insensitivity syndrome: Our results showed that eight SNPs were significantly associated with the plasma YKL-40 levels in the AIS patients (Table 2), including rs55700740 (P = 3.8 × 10−5), rs946259 (P = 3.9 × 10−5), rs880633 (P = 3.8 × 10−5), rs1538372 (P = 5.0 × 10−6), rs4950881 (P = 6.0 × 10−4), rs946261 (P = 4.4 × 10−8), rs10920579 (P = 1.1 × 10−8), and the highest association displayed by rs946262 (P = 6 × 10−12).
