AGER and myasthenia gravis: As shown, the term was connected to 117 GO functions, and 79 of these GO functions were connected through MG risk genes, which contained 15 MG risk genes, including TRL9, TNF, EIF2AK2, IL6, AGER, IL1B, CD40, TNFRSF11A, TGFB1, TLR3, TLR4, KRAS, INS and NTRK1. It has been reported that NF-kappaB transcription factor can mediate inducible expression of several genes involved in inflammatory immune responses and many other BPs, which makes it a critical regulator of the inflammatory immune response [32,33].
