It had been reported that BRD8, CCL25, FPR1 and GDF10 could be associated with chemotherapy in other types of cancers and could be viewed as novel therapeutic targets to improve the outcome of chemotherapy.18, 34, 35, 36 By conducting analysis of these IRGs, we found that they were also associated with the effect of chemotherapy against GC.
