As displayed in Table 2, the mean serum concentration of sFRP2 in breast cancer patients was 58.8 ± 18.2 ng/mL, which was obviously higher than the mean serum sFRP2 level in normal healthy controls (Figure 1(a), mean 34.9 ± 15.5 ng/mL, P < 0.001). The gene discussed is SFRP2; the disease is breast cancer.
