MiR-663 promotes nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells growth by means of directly targeting cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor 2A (CDKN2A) and sustains non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) via restraining mitochondrial outer membrane permeabilization (MOMP) through p53 up-regulated modulator of apoptosis/Bcl-2 binding component 3 (PUMA/BBC3) and B-cell translocation gene 2 (BTG2). This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
