We assessed the correlations between the kinetic parameters measured by dynamic PET examinations (i.e. K1, k2, k3, Ki) and the routinely used predictive and prognostic factors of breast cancers − such as clinical TNM, histological tumor type, tumor grade, proliferation rate and receptor status (i.e. hormone-receptor (HR) and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) expression). This evidence concerns the gene ERBB2 and breast cancer.
