CD177 and Alzheimer disease type 1: Interestingly, lower levels of TNF-α (OR, 0.52; 95%-CI, 0.34–0.79), eotaxin (OR, 0.57; 95% CI, 0.38–0.86) and HNA2 (OR, 0.64; 95% CI, 0.45–0.91) were independently associated with AD-1, while higher levels of TNF-α (OR, 3.25; 95% CI, 2.00–5.28) and HNA2 (OR, 1.75; 95% CI, 1.20–2.55) but lower levels of IL-8 (OR, 0.67; 95% CI, 0.53–0.85) were independently associated with AD-2 (renal and/or cerebral dysfunction, Supplementary Table 3).
