In a large cohort of RA patients enrolled in the CORRONA study, the authors observed that drug response or remission outcomes were similar for patients treated with etanercept and patients treated with anti-TNF-α antibodies (adalimumab, infliximab), except for the fact that response, remission and persistence rates were lower for patients who switched anti-TNF (73). Here, TNF is linked to rheumatoid arthritis.
