Except for ALCL, several hematopoietic neoplasms have been reported to have the following ALK fusion partners: CLTC, NPM1, SEC31A, SQSTM1, RANBP2, and EML4 in ALK-positive large B-cell lymphoma (Gascoyne et al., 2003; Van Roosbroeck et al., 2010; Takeuchi et al., 2011; Lee et al., 2014; Sakamoto et al., 2016); TPM3 in ALK-positive histiocytosis (Chan et al., 2008); and RANBP2 in myeloid leukemia (Maesako et al., 2014). This evidence concerns the gene RANBP2 and myeloid leukemia.
