The most frequent CIS found by TAPDANCE in T-ALL included Notch1, Ikzf1, Rasgrp1, Akt2, Runx1, FoxP1, whereas the most frequent CIS present in EL were Erg and Ets1, followed by Epo, Gata1, Pik3ca and Fli1 (Tables S6 and S7). The gene discussed is RUNX1; the disease is in situ carcinoma.
