In this sense, we recommend the experimental validation of LAS1L, ICA1, TNFRSF12A, GTF2IRD1, ZNF200, NEXMIF, POLR3E, LGI1, PCSK2, PRELID3A, BEST4, CTNND2, SLC6A19, OTOP2, IGLV2-14, PCAT2, DAO, TMEM82, OTOP3 and CPNE7 genes as new targets for gene expression signature in colorectal cancer. Here, POLR3E is linked to colorectal cancer.
