PCAT6 and colorectal carcinoma: As shown in Figure 5F, PCAT6 interacts with miR‐204 to inhibit its expression, thus promoting the activation of HMGA2/PI3K signaling and affecting the chemoresistance of CRC cells, indicating that suppressing PCAT6 expression, thereby rescuing miR‐204 expression, ultimately improving the chemo‐sensitivity of CRC cells to 5‐FU appears to be a promising adjuvant treatment to enhance the efficacy of 5‐FU‐based therapy.
