PON1 paraoxonase activity in the group of patients with CHD in family history ranged from 27.34 to 256.97 (median 92.95) U/mL and was significantly lower (p = 0.014) than in patients without positive family history (range 16.40–426.46; median 169.49 U/mL) (Figure 2).
