In order to investigate the effects of the NGFβ and SPARC interaction on NGFβ-induced neuronal differentiation of PC12 rat pheochromocytoma, we initially examined the NGFβ-dependent activation of p44/p42 MAPK (ERK1/2) as its phosphorylated state. Here, SPARC is linked to hereditary pheochromocytoma-paraganglioma.
