Basic leucine zipper and W2 domains 2 (BZW2) has been recognized to exhibit oncogenic function in osteosarcoma.11 With great interest in exploring the potential role of BZW2 in MIBCs, we detected the mRNA expression of BZW2 in human MIBC cell lines (5637 and T24), and SV‐HUC‐1 cell line, with qRT‐PCR, which showed that BZW2 mRNA levels were significantly higher in the MIBC cell lines compared to the SV‐HUC‐1 cell line (Figure 2A). Here, BZW2 is linked to osteosarcoma.
