To determine whether EZH2 inhibition in vivo affects tumour growth, we treated two CRC patient-derived xenograft models with vehicle control or UNC1999 at 300 mg/kg for 11-day cycles of 9 consecutive days of treatment followed by 2 days of break, which was well tolerated by the mice (Fig. 3a and Supplementary Figure 3a–b). The gene discussed is EZH2; the disease is colorectal carcinoma.
