CRP and lymphoma: CRP ≥ 3 mg/L did not significantly correlate with remission status before ASCT, nor with type of lymphoma, nor with age, but was more common in patients with relapsed/refractory lymphoma (58% v 38%; p < 0.00005); however, relapsed/refractory disease was irrelevant when competing with CRP in multivariate analyses for 100-day non-relapse and overall mortality.
