Thus, the association between prostate cancer and the beneficial effects exerted by naringenin in cancer was then explored and assessed by the genetic alternations in four protein genes (ESR1, PIK3CA, AKT1, and MAPK1) which were revealed by naringenin associated three ESR1-related signaling pathways and prostate cancer pathway.
