TNF and breast cancer: Remarkably, in TNFα-stimulated C- and GD-HUVECs, the pretreatment with 2.5 μmol/L for 24 h of BC (left) or Lyc (right) significantly decreased adhesion molecule protein levels (p < 0.05), supporting the idea of the potential role played by these carotenoids in the reduction of the monocyte adhesion.
