Furthermore, we found that endothelin receptor A (ETA), a member of GPCR family, is critically associated with sEV biogenesis and secretion in breast cancer cells, and that ETA is a newly-identified target (off-target) of SFX, as evidenced by gain- and loss-of-function studies of the ETA protein through pharmacological and genetic approaches.
