In the ALL sample where previous RT-PCR detected an AFF1-KMT2A fusion gene, targeted RNAseq identified the KMT2A-AFF1 fusion gene in addition to a previously unknown AFF1-MYC fusion gene (Fig. 3d, Supplementary Figs. 5j, 7d and Supplementary Data 3). This evidence concerns the gene MYC and acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
