This library was extended with the addition of novel members to perform CLR/viral screening, such as CLEC5A—a CLR involved in exacerbated proinflammatory responses in dengue virus infection [41]; Langerin—a CLR responsible for antiviral responses against HIV-1 in DCs [42], and L-SIGN (also known as DC-SIGNR), which is described to function as an attachment factor for other bunyaviruses, such as the Rift Valley fever virus [43].
