“MicroRNAs in cancer,” “small cell lung cancer,” “cell cycle,” “gastric cancer,” “cushing syndrome,” “cellular senescence,” “p53 signaling pathway,” and “prostate cancer” were found to be the eight most enriched KEGG pathways in the KOBAS database analysis, indicating common abnormal signaling pathways in several cancer types, consistent with previous reports (X. L. Li, Zhou, Chen, & Chng, 2015; Mattioni et al., 2015). This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and prostate cancer.
