TNF and cancer: These activities include cytotoxic effects against human cancer cell lines [36], CYP3A4 inactivation [37], antisevere acute respiratory syndrome associated coronavirus (SARS-CoV) activity [38], inhibition of PGE2 production in rat peritoneal macrophages [39], antiestrogenic [40], insecticidal [41], and inhibition of TNF-α production in RAW264.7 macrophage cells [42]; however, this is the first finding on the antineuroinflammatory effects of compound 3 (savinin) to the best of our knowledge.
