Analysis in ε3 homozygotes (N cases = 846, N controls = 3522) confirmed that PRS is a significant predictor of age specific risk for AD over and above APOE (B = 0.17, P = 9.5 × 10−7), and revealed that PHS is a slightly less significant predictor (B = 0.14, P = 2.0 × 10−5). This evidence concerns the gene APOE and Alzheimer disease.
