A recent study reported that c-Fos-deficient mice and NF-κB p50 and p52 double-knockout mice developed typical osteopetrosis [48], prompting us to investigate if the presence of LABE attenuated both the phosphorylation of IκBα and the translocation of NF-κB into the nucleus (Figure 5(e)). Here, NFKBIA is linked to osteopetrosis.
