Seven cases were diagnosed as B-cell lymphomas (6 high-grade B-cell and 1 low-grade B-cell lymphomas) and two were classified as high-grade T-cell lymphomas based on morphological features (lymphocyte size, nuclear and cytoplasm features, presence of atypia and mitotic figures), with immunophenotyping and proliferation index through Ki-67. This evidence concerns the gene MKI67 and T-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
