In our study, the microtubule formation ability of different breast cancer cell lines was different: the ductal carcinoma cell line MCF-7 could form a typical spherical structure, while the HER-2 overexpression cell line SK-BR-3 and TNBC cell line MDA-MB-231 could not form a typical spherical structure, replaced by a loose group, bead-like structure (Figure 1(a)), which suggest that the morphology of microspheres might be different in different cell lines. The gene discussed is ERBB2; the disease is breast ductal adenocarcinoma.
