The top 10 KEGG pathways associated with DPT and DPT-related genes were chosen, which includes regulation of actin cytoskeleton (25 genes), pathways in cancer (34 genes), breast cancer (23 genes), Melanoma (16 genes), Rap1 signaling pathway (21 genes), MAPK signaling pathway(21 genes), prostate cancer (14 genes), colorectal cancer (12 genes), thyroid hormone signaling pathway (15 genes), and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) (12 genes) (Table 2). This evidence concerns the gene DPT and prostate carcinoma.
