These results provide further in vivo evidence to show that the Notch1/PDGFRβ/ROCK1 signaling pathway is involved in pulmonary fibrosis pathogenesis, and the inhibition of the Notch1 signaling pathway could suppress the PMT phenotype to alleviate the condition of pulmonary fibrosis.
