In our analysis, serum Troponin I levels at 7 days post-infarction showed a positive correlation with CD4 + IFNγ+ lymphocytes, suggesting that patients with a high percentage of CD4 + IFNγ+ lymphocytes at 1 h post-infarction may have higher circulating Troponin I levels at 7 days. The gene discussed is CD4; the disease is infarction.
