TNNI3 and hydrops fetalis: The addition of cTnI to a clinical model (containing variables independently associated with the primary endpoint as follows: age, prior HF, and glycaemia) improved discrimination, increasing Harrell's C statistics from 0.78 to 0.81; the associated continuous NRI was 0.43 (95%CI: 0.09‐0.84), corresponding to 15.1% of patients being reclassified.
