MAPK14 and colitis: In the present study, expression of ubiquitinated IKKγ (NEMO), NF-κB P65, and NLK was inhibited in the colonic mucosa of rats with experimental colitis treated by SSW, while the levels of E1, E2i, and E3 were decreased, and synchronously the phosphorylation of TAK1 and P38 was limited.
