More importantly, the augmented expression of nuclear CHOP in CD8+ TILs was significantly associated with a decreased overall survival in patients with ovarian cancer (median survival 75 vs. 119 months for clone 9C8 and 64 vs. 104 for polyclonal Ab-R-20; Fig. 1g, Supplementary Fig. 2e). This evidence concerns the gene DDIT3 and ovarian cancer.
