The results suggested a significant correlation between the expression of FER1L4 and E2F1 and the prognosis of glioma patients and the high expression of FER1L4 (P < 0.05) or E2F1 (P < 0.01) predicts a worse prognosis of gliomas (Figure 1C and D). This evidence concerns the gene E2F1 and glioma.
