In addition, studies have shown that in breast cancer cells, hsa‐miR‐372 has been identified to inhibit tumour proliferation through direct regulation on E2F1.17 Therefore, it is speculated that FER1L4/hsa‐miR‐372/E2F1 may serve as a regulatory mechanism of ceRNA for glioma cell proliferation. This evidence concerns the gene E2F1 and neoplasm.
