CD19 and non-Hodgkin lymphoma: Although blinatumomab, a T cell bispecific (TCB) antibody targeting CD19 and CD3e, is approved in relapsed/refractory B cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) [6] and in clinical trials for non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL), it must be administered by continuous infusion due to its short half-life and infusion-related reactions and CNS toxicity is still an issue for blinatumomab in diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL) [52].
