Specifically, we found that Treg‐restricted TRAF6 deficiency severely delayed implanted tumor growth (Figs EV2A and 2B) while enhancing anti‐tumor immunity (i.e., boosting frequencies of proinflammatory cytokine‐producing T cells) at the expense of Treg presence in the tumor microenvironment (Fig EV2C). This evidence concerns the gene TRAF6 and neoplasm.
