Corynebacterium, Enterococcus, Vagococcus, Anaerococcus and Providencia, whose relative abundances were higher in BC than in NC, correlated positively with PHO, aphA, nirA, CysND, cd, ppgK, GPI, pfkA, ALDO, ENO, PK, aceE and fumC. These genes were more abundant in BC than in NC and BG. This evidence concerns the gene ACHE and breast cancer.
