Previously, IPO8 was found to be suitable for data normalization in endometrial (Ayakannu et al., 2015) and ovarian carcinomas (Kolkova et al., 2013), colon adenocarcinoma cell lines (Krzystek-Korpacka et al., 2016), non-small cell lung cancer (Soes et al., 2013), and other tissues and diseases: brain edema (Du et al., 2017), heart cavities (Molina et al., 2018), T cells, and neutrophils (Ledderose et al., 2011). This evidence concerns the gene IPO8 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
